Work with playlists
Use playlists to quickly create presentations of archived reports.
View playlists
- Click Archive.
- In the Search & filter bar, click Playlists.
- Select (
) a playlist. The reports in the selected playlist are displayed.
Options in the playlist view

Open | Click here to open and view the report. See View reports. |

Delete | Click here to delete the selected report(s). The reports will be deleted from the archive and other playlists. |

Show playlist | Click here to show the selected playlist. |

Add to playlist | Click here to add the selected report(s) to a new or existing playlist. See Add reports to playlist. |

Remove from playlist | Click here to remove the selected report(s) from the playlist. |

Download | Click here to download the report. |
